- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff through training, performance reviews, and ongoing communication.
- Oversee daily branch operations including cash handling, vault/ATM/ITM management, teller and lending activities, and scheduling.
- Monitor and resolve transaction discrepancies and operational issues.
- Ensure branch compliance with Board policies, procedures, and safety/security protocols.
- Promote Credit Union products and services to support member needs and branch growth.
- Manage internal audits and assist with strategic initiatives and projects as directed by Senior Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required, or active enrollment with significant progress toward completion.
- Minimum of four years of banking/financial services experience with at least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Notary designation.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number (within 90 days of hire if not already licensed).
- Prior credit union experience.
- Experience managing a retail branch or financial services team.

Hours:
M–F 8:45 am – 5:15 pm, Saturday 8:45 am – 1:15 pm - Status:
Full-Time (40 hours), Exempt - Starting Salary: $65 – $75K, depending on experience
Location:
Ability to report to all branch locations required.
