Warehouse Manager

Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Reports To: Director of Kansas City Supply Chain

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining warehouse standards, managing a small team, and ensuring efficient handling of materials.

• Hire, supervise and manage warehouse employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a consistent schedule for making bales and loading export trucks in a timely manner.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other managers to meet production and export deadlines.
• Maintain inventory and BOL paperwork.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required (certification is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Leadership skills with experience managing employees preferred.
