Salvage Department Leader

Vander Haag's, Inc. has an opportunity to join the leadership team at our Des Moines, IA location!
Salvage Department Leader position will oversee the processes and day-to-day operations of our Salvage Department, which includes Dismantling, Warehousing, and Inventory Management. This is an opportunity to lead a growing team and work closely with the General Manager on business growth opportunities. The opportunities and responsibilities for this position will continue to grow along with the growth of the department and store location!

Some prior leadership experience is preferred. The right candidate should have good computer skills and be comfortable working with email as well as inventory management software applications. Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays required.

This position pays an hourly base compensation. Typical annual compensation (including overtime) for this position ranges from $70,000/year up to $85,000/year for qualified candidates dependent upon experience level.
