A high-end hotel in Omaha, NE is looking to add a General Manager to their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead operations for an upscale boutique property with comprehensive management responsibilities.

Compensation: $105,000 - $110,000 base, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid PTO, Daily Pay, paid training, referral program, hotel discounts, and much more!

• Oversee and manage overall financial performance, including revenue management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and purchasing
• Develop and manage operating budgets in conjunction with subordinate managers and the Director of Operations
• Ensure compliance with franchise agreements through regular quality inspections and timely reporting
• Control funds, authorize expenditures, and assist in budget planning for all departments
• Monitor local market conditions and competitive trends, reporting changes to the Director of Operations

• Proven hotel general management experience with supervisory responsibilities for 10-250 employees
• Strong financial management skills including budget development and revenue optimization
• Knowledge of franchise compliance requirements and quality assurance programs
• Experience with safety training programs and employee benefits administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to guest satisfaction
