We are seeking a skilled and proactive AR Manager to lead a team responsible for billing, collections, and receivables operations. This role is part of a shared services center supporting multiple divisions and is designed to uphold high standards of financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

You’ll report directly to the Controller and oversee a team of five. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to process improvements, audit readiness, and strategic financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project setup reviews and provide guidance to contract coordination teams.
• Manage invoicing, adjustments, and credit/debit memos.
• Oversee collections and ensure accurate payment applications.
• Review and approve batches prior to posting; manage month-end close.
• Issue aging reports and validate invoices and adjustments.
• Resolve suspended orders and reconcile volumes.
• Process credit card transactions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Set goals and expectations for direct reports and ensure compliance with internal mandates.
• Prepare documentation and support internal audit processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management.
• Proven supervisory experience (must have overseen at least 1–2 team members).
• Strong background in billing, collections, cash posting, and accounting.
• Experience in construction or related industries preferred.
• Agile mindset with ability to adapt to organizational changes and acquisitions.
