Full‑time, Monday‑Friday (rotating on‑call weekends within team), non‑exempt, $25/hour

What You’ll Do
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and safety systems.
  • Perform floor care, drywall repairs, painting, and grounds upkeep.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Track eguments, order equipment, and manage invoices.
  • Respond to emergency work orders and occasional after‑hours calls. What You Bring
    • High school diploma/GED required.
    • At least 1 year of facilities maintenance experience (2+ years or technical training preferred).
    • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
    • Valid driver’s license (MO Class E or Kansas Class

      C); ability to travel locally.

      Maintenance support for 30+ single‑family homes, duplexes, office buildings, and agency vehicles across the Kansas City, MO metro
