- Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and safety systems.
- Perform floor care, drywall repairs, painting, and grounds upkeep.
- Complete vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
- Track eguments, order equipment, and manage invoices.
- Respond to emergency work orders and occasional after‑hours calls. What You Bring
- High school diploma/GED required.
- At least 1 year of facilities maintenance experience (2+ years or technical training preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (MO Class E or Kansas Class
C); ability to travel locally.
- Pay: $25/hour
- Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday with rotating on‑call weekends within the team - Work Setting:
