I am currently working with a leading AM LAW firm on a number of hires, which includes an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join their growing group in Kansas City.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will work with the group's lead Partners and assist with a broad array of sophisticated labor & employment cases.
• You will offer employment counseling and employment litigation advice.
• The group represents employers in employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and breach of contract cases, ranging from individual lawsuits to class and collective actions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Missouri and or Kansas.
• 5+ years of experience in labor & employment law.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to client service and ethical practice.
