DM Injury Law, a premier personal injury law firm headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, seeks a Workers Compensation Case Manager/Paralegal. Founded in 2013 by Mike Di Pasquale and Jason Moore, DM Law’s growth has been driven by professional and compassionate legal representation provided to clients after a traumatic personal injury. “MIKE’S GOT THIS!”

As a Workers Compensation Paralegal, we encourage our team to communicate ideas, perspectives and experiences while striving to make each day better than the last. This role will act as the foundation to help our Attorneys take the necessary steps to reach a satisfactory resolution to each of our client’s claims.

• Managing high volume personal injury caseloads through the workers'' compensation claim process
• Obtain and review medical records, wage information, employee records and documents provided from the client’s adjuster
• Monitor the progression of each claim
• Maintain case files
• Draft correspondence

• Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Organized with excellent time management skills
• Committed to providing superb responsive and compassionate client service
• Acquainted with HIPAA laws and dedicated to safeguarding client privacy and confidentiality
• Familiar with electronic court filings on state and federal sites
• Empathetic throughout conversations with clients

• High School Diploma
• Paralegal associate degree or other relevant certification
• At least 2 years of relevant Workers'' Compensation experience (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
