Job OverviewAs a case manager your main role will be supporting our Attorneys throughout a case. You will work closely with a team of Attorneys from the beginning to the end of each case. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette are a MUST, as clients will need frequent updates on their case status.
ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service to clients daily.
Manage an average case load of 200+ cases.
- Draft and submit letters of representation for various insurance types.
- Prepare demands.
- Review medical records.
- Draft correspondence.
- Consistently review entire caseload from start to finish.
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Diligence – honoring deadlines, keeping promises, and maintaining standards to provide phenomenal customer service to all clientele.
