About This Opportunity

• Develop case strategy, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare for litigation.
• Negotiate with insurance companies, review medical records, and administer settlement and lien reduction processes.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring case‑management tasks are completed in our system.
• Communicate with clients with empathy and openness about their cases.

• Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Experience working directly with clients and insurance companies.
• Strong drafting skills for pleadings, discovery documents, and correspondence.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivated, initiative‑driven, and eager to learn and grow as a personal injury attorney.
