• 3‑10 years of licensed experience
• Active license in IL, MO, or KS and an active California license
• Litigation experience in product liability and warranties
• Excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills
• Strong client relationship management and entrepreneurial spirit

• Overall case management
• Drafting critical motions and written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in court proceedings
• Trial and appellate experience valued

• Salary range: $110,000 – $160,000, commensurate with experience
