Assistant Counsel

Join a dynamic legal team supporting a wide range of legal matters including insurance law, contracts, compliance, and employment issues. This role offers hands‑on experience advising across departments, reviewing agreements, and supporting litigation and regulatory matters.

• Provide legal counsel on insurance, ERISA, contracts, and regulatory issues
• Draft and review contracts with vendors and third parties
• Conduct legal research and assist with litigation support
• Develop and maintain compliance-related policies and procedures

• Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law
• Insurance industry knowledge a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, research, and problem‑solving skills
