Litigation Attorney

I am currently working with a reputable boutique law firm in Kansas City
, who are actively looking to recruit a attorney to join its commercial litigation group.

• This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Provide general support to the litigation department as needed.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Missouri and/or Kansas.
• 2+ years of experience in business or commercial litigation law.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
