Commercial Lines Account Manager (Property & Casualty)
The Reilly Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and service a book of small to middle-market property and casualty accounts. This role focuses on client service, renewals, policy administration, and collaborating with carriers to deliver strong coverage solutions.
Responsibilities- Managing day-to-day servicing and renewals for commercial P&C accounts
- Handling endorsements, certificates, audits, and policy issuance
- Marketing new and renewal business and supporting account retention
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities to round out client coverage
- Maintaining accurate records in a paperless agency management system
- 2+ years of commercial lines account management experience
- Active P&C license required
- Strong understanding of the commercial underwriting and renewal process
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
