Role DescriptionThis is a Part-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely on designated days. The Customer Success Manager will focus on fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success. Daily responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, understanding their needs, resolving concerns, providing product or service recommendations, tracking client accounts, and ensuring retention rates.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into continuous service improvements is also a key responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability in client onboarding, account management, and customer retention strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding of data-driven decision-making
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach in addressing client challenges
- Experience in commercial insurance or related fields is a plus
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid model
