** Compensation Range
** Hourly: $26.70 - $40.85 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
** About This Job
** The main purpose of this job is to provide critical support on a wide variety of applications and to provide essential data analysis and reports that are crucial to making smart business decisions.
** Essential Functions
*** Serve as a business and systems resource, implementing technical solutions to business needs
* Utilize systems to generate reports and develop and produce requested reports
* Collect data and update systems information via manual input or upload
* Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
* Document business and systems requirements, define scope and objectives, translate requirements into specifications, and formulate systems to reflect business unit strategies
* Provide support, consultation and recommendations to business teams in resolving technical problems
* Design SharePoint site as required in support of department initiatives
* Offer customer support by addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Provide sales support by assisting the sales team with technical inquiries, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Perform other duties as assigned
** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
*** Intermediate computer skills, specifically with SQL, SharePoint, Excel, and Business Objects
* Knowledge of commonly used concepts and best practices
* Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
* Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
** Education & Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
* 1+ years financial services experience required
* SIE, Series 52, 7, and 63 registration required, or ability to obtain within a determined time frame from hire date  Hybrid

Schedule:
