Cyber Physical Security Manger

Seeking a seasoned Cyber-Physical Security professional to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing management of integrated security systems across corporate and project environments. This role sits at the intersection of physical security, IT, and operational technology, with a strong focus on resilience, scalability, and real-world implementation.

• Own the architecture and lifecycle management of cyber-physical security systems across multiple locations, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and connected building technologies
• Translate security frameworks and regulatory guidance into practical system designs, technical requirements, and operational procedures that meet both corporate and federal standards
• Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on cyber-physical security strategy, design decisions, and implementation approaches from early planning through delivery
• Conduct security risk assessments that account for both physical and cyber exposures, aligning with established information security risk methodologies
• Partner closely with IT Security, OT teams, and facilities stakeholders to ensure physical security technologies are integrated and managed in accordance with enterprise security policies
• Support and enhance monitoring and response capabilities by collaborating with Security Operations, Crisis Management, and Emergency Response teams
• Develop, refine, and maintain cyber-physical security programs, including standards, processes, playbooks, and documentation that enable consistent execution across the organization
• Lead vendor engagement by defining scopes of work, evaluating partners, and holding vendors accountable to performance and compliance expectations
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies, recommending improvements and innovative solutions that strengthen overall security posture

• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, or managing physical or cyber-physical security systems and programs
• Deep understanding of physical security architecture and technologies, with the ability to apply them in complex, real-world environments
• Working knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-82, or similar
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks across physical, cyber, and hybrid environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
• Comfortable operating both independently and as part of cross-functional teams
• Adaptable, curious, and motivated to continuously learn as business needs and technologies evolve
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, architecture, information systems, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered in place of degree
