Overview
Technology Analyst (BA) on W2.
Location:
Kansas City, MO (Local). Visa: USC/GC.
Contract:
12 Months+ Contract.
Start Date:
2-3 weeks. Interview Process:
One 45-60 minute panel interview.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to simplify complex systems and problems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools
- JIRA and Confluence experience preferred
- Perform desk checks and ad hoc testing
- Support QA and UAT efforts
- Conduct post-deployment validation
