** What You Will Get To Do
*** Act as a trusted, client-facing Business Analyst partnering closely with the Product Manager to deliver new features and enhancements for a Money Market portal.
* Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, stakeholder requirements and workflows translating these into clear, value-driven requirements.
* Lead and facilitate requirements discovery sessions and workshops, critically assessing information provided and constructively challenging assumptions.
* Document business, stakeholder, functional, non-functional and transitional requirements, producing high-quality business and business-technical documentation that is clear, accurate, and fit for purpose.
* Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to shape and validate solutions that balance client needs, regulatory obligations, and strategic product objectives.
* Translate requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that support efficient Agile delivery.
* Provide clarity and direction during sprint and Agile ceremonies, support UAT and facilitate client sign-off.
* Be an advocate for high-quality Business Analysis across the division, supporting the Head of Profession to embed best practice, improve ways of working, and promote consistent standards.
** What You Will Bring
*** 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing, Agile delivery environment, working as part of a globally distributed delivery team.
* Demonstrable experience within Money Markets or closely related financial markets (e.g. cash, liquidity, short-term investments, or institutional banking platforms).
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment, with hands-on experience contributing to sprint ceremonies and iterative delivery.
* Proven ability to elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements to a high standard.
* Strong analytical and modelling skills, including:
* Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and UML
