Head of AI Strategy Center

** Overview of the role:
** Managerial profile with more than 5 years of experience in innovation. A plus if in AI related initiatives. Strong Project Management expertise and passion for innovation. The Head of the AI Strategy Center plays a pivotal role in the strategic governance and end-to-end management of the AI initiatives portfolio, along the entire lifecycle from concept to adoption, ensuring continuous alignment with business and strategic priorities and Flutter-level directives.

Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and international environments. Ability to define and lead effective governance models for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and long-term sustainability. Familiarity with business dynamics, regulatory logic, and peculiarities of typical revenue models useful in identifying high-value use cases.

Experience in planning, monitoring and delivery of complex projects, including in multi-stakeholder and technology-intensive contexts.

Fluency in english is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
