Summary
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support access management and provisioning across enterprise applications, directories, and domains. This role focuses heavily on Unix/Linux environments including privileged access and account management. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal oversight, brings a strong consultative mindset, and is experienced in partnering closely with stakeholders across IT, security, development, and application teams to deliver secure, compliant access solutions.
Responsibilities- Perform group and role-based access provisioning using Active Directory, Centrify/Delinea, and local Unix/Linux accounts.
- Manage non-human (service) accounts in Unix/Linux environments.
- Provision and manage privileged access via Sudoers and Centrify/Delinea.
- Support Unix file directory management and Samba shares.
- Troubleshoot access and account-related issues.
- Ensure all privileged access aligns with organizational security standards.
- Identify and implement process and procedural improvements following security best practices.
- 4+ years of experience provisioning privileged access in Active Directory for Unix/Linux systems.
- Solid understanding of access controls, identity governance, and security principles.
- Experience with Centrify/Delinea.
- Experience with Cyber Ark.
- Information Security Certifications (e.g., SSCP, CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CISA).
- Cloud Fundamentals Certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals).
This is a 12-month Contract opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client. 100% Paid employee Medical/Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) (with immediately-vested company match) available with Tri Com during the contract period.
