Position: IT Logistics Specialist
Location:
Kansas City, KS
Duration: 6 months
100% Onsite
Responsibilities- Preparing and maintaining current PC images for all IT equipment
- Troubleshooting image issues
- Following ISM/IT policies regarding legal review and holds
- Performing DOD wipes on IT assets
- Using ITAM equipment for data destruction, including record keeping
- Managing IT hardware warranty programs
- Retiring IT equipment to authorized E-waste disposal
- Handling deliveries and distribution of IT equipment
- Maintaining inventory and asset database records
- Coordinating with ITAM and receiving departments for shipping
- Maintaining stock levels of IT vending machines
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
