Overview
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance via phone or email.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer issues via phone, email, in-person, and chat.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- 2+ years Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
- Experience with O365.
- Dependability, reliability.
- Common sense, logical.
This is a 6-Month Contract-for-Hire opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client.
