Technical Lead - Salesforce

As a
** Technical Lead – Salesforce**, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Anglicare’s Salesforce platform. You’ll lead hands‑on technical delivery, support solution design, and uplift technical standards to ensure the platform is scalable, secure and aligned with business needs. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Strong experience with Omni Studio (Flex Cards, OmniScripts), LWCs, Flows and APEX Experience managing deployments with Salesforce Dev Ops Center + Git Hub Experience  working in Agile environments with Jira/Confluence Experience in NFP, aged care or regulated sectors

Experience with performance tuning and platform operational support
