Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Microsoft 365 implementation for a complex enterprise environment. This role will oversee multiple work streams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of identity, access, and collaboration solutions for an organization with 2,500+ employees.

The ideal candidate has deep experience managing enterprise Microsoft 365 deployments, with a strong focus on identity and access management (IAM), governance, and change management.

Location:

On-site first month in Springfield, MO, then as needed (reimbursement for travel offered)

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 implementation projects in large enterprise environments (2,500+ users).
• Manage multiple concurrent work streams, including identity and access management, security, collaboration tools, migration, and user adoption.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Coordinate closely with IT, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of identity and access management solutions within Microsoft 365, including Azure AD / Entra , authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Ensure alignment with organizational security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Manage vendors, partners, and third-party integrators as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading large Microsoft 365 implementations.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Demonstrated success managing implementations for organizations with 2,500+ employees.
• Strong experience managing multi-workstream enterprise projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, deployment strategies, and enterprise governance considerations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments.

• Experience working with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra , security, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in change management and user adoption for enterprise technology rollouts.
• Background working with system integrators or consulting partners.
