– Kansas City, Missouri (3 Days onsite in a week)

- $105k/yr Base + 10% Org bonus + 5% performance bonus

Job Description
Proven experience working in Agile Scrum framework (SAFe – nice to have) and SDLC
Experience working with teams leveraging AI across the SDLC
Strong collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and Dev Ops stakeholders
Technical understanding of Dev Ops practices, software development concepts (Nice to have - Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer )
Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Rally, or similar tools
Exposure to mobile, cloud, or enterprise platforms
