* As Experience Manager, you will join the Online Gaming Team, within the Platform and Demand Management area, reporting directly to the Online Gaming Platform & Demand Senior Manager.
* You will play a key role in shaping the strategy, evolution, and user journey experience of our digital gaming platforms, leading initiatives that enhance engagement, competitiveness, and business value.
* Your main responsibilities will include:
* Ideate, define, and prioritize new platform features and functionalities, ensuring alignment between user experience goals and business strategy.
* Lead the benchmarking and competitor analysis process to identify trends, best practices, and innovation opportunities in the gaming industry.
* Conduct in-depth user journey analyses to identify pain points, areas for improvement, and opportunities for differentiation.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams in the definition and execution of product evolutions and platform projects.
* Prepare and validate project documentation, oversee development and implementation, and ensure alignment with quality, timing, and business KPIs.
* Manage the prioritization process for backlog and initiatives, balancing technological feasibility, business impact, and user experience.
* Supervise and support governance and change management processes related to platform evolution and operational workflows.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and technology areas to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
* Oversee analytics, performance, and reporting activities to measure experience outcomes, identify improvement levers, and guide decision-making.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, contributing to the long-term vision of the gaming platform ecosystem.
* Proven experience in digital platform management and end-to-end product delivery, with a strong focus on user experience, product evolution, and cross-functional coordination.
* Experienced in leading complex initiatives within the gaming, digital entertainment, or consumer digital sectors, driving continuous improvement and platform evolution.
* A degree in Management, Engineering, Innovation, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
* Previous experience in coordinating cross-functional and technical teams, leading projects across web and mobile channels, and driving platform innovation.
* Excellent knowledge of digital ecosystems, customer journey mapping, analytics tools, and product development methodologies.
* Ability to analyze complex business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and prioritize initiatives based on user experience and business impact.
* Strong leadership and coordination skills, with a proven ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders towards common goals.
* Strong analytical and strategic mindset, capable of interpreting data, KPIs, and market insights to guide decisions.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluency in English and Italian is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Passionate about digital innovation and gaming, combining curiosity, creativity, and structure to design meaningful, high-impact experiences.
