** Supervisor
* * to join our Cloud support team. In this role, you will work with a dynamic group of engineers to build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure. You will play a key part in Linux-based systems, developing automation scripts, and working within cloud environments, both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Work within AWS and Azure to provision, configure, and maintain Linux-based server environments.
* Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux environments (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE).
* Serve as an escalation point for complex Linux-related incidents and problems.
* Manage kernel updates, patching, system tuning, and performance optimization.
* Design and maintain automation pipelines using Ansible, Python and Bash.
* Support the deployment and management of containerized and non-containerized applications.
* Handle support cases in an on-call environment.
* Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational KPIs, and compliance requirements.
* Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (cloud, networking, storage, Dev Ops, security) to troubleshoot and deliver integrated solutions.
* Contribute to capacity planning, system lifecycle management, and environment standardization.
** Required Skills & Experience
*** 5–7+ years of hands-on Linux system administration or engineering experience.
* 1–3 years in a supervisory, team lead, or senior-level support role.
* Strong proficiency with enterprise Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE).
* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
* Strong scripting skills (Ansible or Bash required; Python or similar preferred).
* Experience with configuration management or automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
* Minimum of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certification
** Preferred (Nice to Have) Skills
*** Minimum of LPIC-1 or Linux+ certification
* Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
* Familiarity with Terraform
* Experience with database management systems, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL
