We are looking for a highly qualified Technical Solutions Specialist with solid experience in Document Management Platforms (ECM/DMS) to support the implementation, integration, and evolution of advanced digital solutions (such as Docu Ware or similar systems) for our clients. The successful candidate will work on end-to-end projects: from gathering technical and functional requirements to system configuration and the development of complex integrations via APIs and web services.

This role is crucial in ensuring automated business processes that are seamlessly integrated into our clients' IT ecosystems

• Design and Configuration:
  Configure, optimize, and maintain document management solutions (e.g., Docu Ware, M-Files, OnBase, SharePoint, or similar), defining file cabinets, complex workflows, and user permissions.
• Process Analysis:
  Analyze client workflows and propose effective digitalization solutions using native platform features and custom integrations.
• Integration Development:
  Implement data exchange between business systems (ERP, CRM) by developing integrations through: REST/SOAP Web Services and/or .NET APIs.
• URL Integration for embedding document elements into third-party applications.
• Data Management:
  Manage data interchange formats such as XML, JSON, HTTP payloads, and OpenAPI definitions.
• Automation:
  Develop scripts and technical components for advanced automation, validation, and workflow management.
• Technical Support:
  Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting, issue analysis, and post-implementation support.
• Documentation:
  Draft technical documentation and operational guides for clients.
