Department: Digital Analytics

• Lead the development of digital analytics strategies tailored to industry needs and organizational KPIs.
• Translate business objectives into comprehensive measurement frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and insights.
• Provide expert consultation on Google Analytics, GA4, and broader Mar-Tech strategy.
• Own client engagement for analytics requirements, impact assessments, and long-term optimization plans.
• Architect reporting systems by defining performance metrics, dimensions, timelines, and success indicators.
• Drive analytics consulting across industries — BFSI, E‑commerce, OTT, Publishers, Automobile, and more.
• Conduct advanced analyses: segmentation, pre‑post analysis, attribution modeling (DDA/Markov), and seasonality patterns.
• Perform media opportunity analysis, campaign performance evaluation, and market basket analysis.
• Execute statistical modeling including clustering, regression, and time‑series forecasting.
• Lead utilization of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GCP, Big Query with SQL).
• Deliver high‑impact insights and strategic recommendations to improve client business outcomes.
• Mentor team members, enhance analytical capability, and contribute to knowledge frameworks.
• Collaborate in pre‑sales activities and solution design when needed.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving expertise.
• Demonstrated leadership in analytics consulting or insight functions

• Mastery of digital analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Big Query, GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced statistical analysis

• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities to communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and lead cross‑functional engagements.
• High ownership, accuracy, and strategic thinking.

• Experience with SaaS platforms and dashboarding tools.
• Strong PowerPoint and Canva skills for building compelling narratives.
• Understanding of marketing tech ecosystems and attribution frameworks.
• Prior experience in a consulting or agency setting.
• Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling.
