Data Entry Specialist

Compensation: $19 - $22/hour, depending on experience

Join a dynamic team as a Data Entry Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within a newly implemented CRM system. This opportunity arises from a recent transition to Microsoft Dynamics, requiring meticulous data entry and critical thinking to maintain data quality. With a flexible part-time schedule, this contract position offers the chance to work onsite and engage with advanced Excel tasks.

• Ensure accuracy of data within new CRM system
• Perform critical thinking to validate data entries
• Conduct advanced Excel tasks, including vlookups
• Collaborate with team for data integrity
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in data entry and validation
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Background in data/accounting/administrative roles
• Flexible for onsite work

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• College degree in Data Science or related field
