Hourly: $26.70 - $31.50 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

The main purpose of this job is to provide technical support to end users of personal computers.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on personal computers
• Configure and install new desktops and laptops
• Install software on personal computers
• Relocate personal computers and peripherals
• Troubleshoot printer and printing problems
• Retire personal computer equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Intermediate technical troubleshooting skills
• Intermediate knowledge of personal computer operating systems and hardware
• Intermediate knowledge of IT service management software
• Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems spanning multiple technologies
• Ability to install and remove equipment weighing 50 pounds and spend extended periods of time standing
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet Commerce Bank’s driving record criteria; ongoing employment may be contingent upon meeting all driving requirements
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 2+ years of experience supporting personal computers in an enterprise environment required

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $26.70 to $31.50 per hour.
