Business Systems Analyst

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join their team! Join a dynamic team as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting project financial management systems. This opportunity offers the chance to lead solution ideation and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Your expertise will be key in ensuring seamless integration across systems and delivering impactful business insights.

• Lead design and testing of system enhancements
• Analyze and present custom reports and dashboards
• Gather and document functional requirements
• Develop and execute test scripts for new releases
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Provide business insights through data analysis
• Collaborate for accurate system integration
• Mentor and guide team members
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years experience with financial systems
• ERP systems knowledge (Oracle EBS preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL and report development
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented

• Experience with Eco Sys or Procore
• Exposure to People Soft
