We are looking to add a full‑time Senior Azure SQL DBA with deep experience designing, managing, and administering Azure Managed SQL databases in highly transactional, cloud‑native environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, security, and scalability of database environments while helping establish and maintain database‑related best practices. • 8+ years of professional experience as a Database Administrator, with a strong focus on Azure Managed SQL in production environments.
• Proven ability to support and optimize databases for high-throughput, low‑latency, highly transactional systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience supporting production systems and resolving complex database issues.
• Experience automating database operations and deployments using scripts, pipelines, or infrastructure‑as‑code approaches.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Demonstrated experience using AI‑assisted tools or platforms to enhance DBA workflows, including query analysis, performance tuning, incident investigation, documentation, or operational automation.
• Nice to Have:
  Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Table Storage and more. Dev Ops & CI/CD pipelines for database schema and deployments. Any experience with Azure Monitor or App Insights is a plus, but not required.
