Provides leadership in the areas of system configuration, development, troubleshooting, and debugging for our internal platform. Works with leadership and client account teams to plan and deliver on service requests within defined SLA's. Manages and prioritizes backlog of service requests from daily to multi-week engagements. Builds and maintains reports and dashboards for leadership to review SLA's and KPI's.

Responsible for client launches and updates as needed.

Ability to effectively communicate with associates, direct reports, client services team, marketing, management, and leadership
· Sets and maintains operational goals, metric's, KPI's and or milestones
· Sustains professional knowledge of industry platforms and technology. Responsible for application setup and configuration, documentation and SOP's.

Senior level understanding of the CSS/Sass/SCSS, HTML5, Tailwind (or Tailwind

CSS) , Bootstrap , Java script, inter-system communications, and back-end job processing. Demonstrable understanding of TSQL query language.

Compensation Range
:
$120,000 – $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
