EY is seeking a Service Now Consulting Manager – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to lead transformation initiatives for high‑impact clients. This client‑visible role offers opportunities to drive adoption of Service Now SPM solutions, mentor cross‑functional teams, and build lasting client relationships worldwide.

Anywhere in the United States (remote with occasional travel to client sites)

• Lead SPM workstream delivery, ensuring effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client workshops, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
• Engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements.
• Mentor a multi‑disciplinary team (5–10+ resources) including offshore resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of Service Now SPM project experience and 5+ years in consulting (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Strong business acumen, executive communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.

• Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.
• Experience with Service Now AI solutions (e.g., Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
