We’re looking for an Investment Management Software Engineer Specialist who is passionate about applying modern engineering principles for building and delivering software to market. As a very “hands‑on” developer, you will work closely with Technical Leads, Product Owners, and Architects to identify and implement solutions delivered to our clients through Agile development. The role focuses on building cloud‑native (AWS) tools—ETL pipelines, data‑analysis applications, scalable microservices, and message‑driven applications—for risk management, investment analytics, operations, and alpha‑generating portfolio operations.

• Engage with Product Owners/Managers to understand requirements
• Create solutions for Investment Management research and reporting
• Automate manual processes to improve productivity
• Empower portfolio management and research teams to build data‑driven solutions
• Build relationships with internal business partners and vendors
• Provide on‑call support; occasional overtime may be required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, business, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum three years of application development and support experience in Python, Pandas, Num Py, and AWS services (S3, Step Functions, Lambdas, SNS, SQS, Glue or Apache Spark)
• Strong, demonstrable experience in data modeling for relational (SQL) and No

• Strong understanding of architectural and software design patterns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and passion for architectural and technical documentation
• Broad knowledge of software engineering and testing methodologies
• Experience working in an Agile framework
