If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You will be responsible for the following:
* Monitors performance in KYC operations to achieve the targets and ensure data quality.
* Oversee team performance in relation with information clean-up, KYC data requests from partners and stakeholders
* Oversee Aftersales operations, ensure KPI's are met
* Process adheres to BSP policies and compliance to set procedures.
* Drives continues improvements in both internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for:
* A graduate degree is required.
* 2 – 5 years of experience in operations management.
* Monitors operations excellence and resiliency to manage multiple initiatives.
* Can work in fast-paced, high pressure entrepreneurial environment.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good command of English is essential. KYC QA experience is a plus
