Senior Configuration Analyst – Oracle Health Charge Services (Hybrid – Kansas City, MO)

Join Oracle in this Senior Configuration Analyst role focused on Oracle Health Charge Services. This hybrid position requires independent judgment and strong configuration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
• Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
• Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
• Complete complex system configurations independently
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
• Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
• Adopt new process improvements and proactively identify them
• Drive tools development and troubleshooting
• Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Travel up to 20% as needed
• Work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles, including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Charge Services product(s)
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
• Must be a U.S. citizen, able to pass Public Trust security clearance
• Ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance
• Experience working with Oracle methodologies and practices

Other Expectations

• Hybrid role: must reside near Kansas City, MO; required to work 1 day per week in the office
• Travel up to 20% as needed

Salary Range

US:
Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 - $60.63 per hour; from $53,000 - $126,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
