Security IDaaS Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Security IDaaS Engineer to join the Federation Services team and support the development, configuration, and maintenance of secure Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solutions.

This role focuses on improving security posture, automating identity and access management processes, and ensuring compliance across enterprise systems.

• Develop and maintain security rules, controls, and safeguards to protect information assets.
• Facilitate and configure secure application integrations and IAM objects (users, groups, service accounts, API tokens).
• Collaborate with the Federation Services team to enhance authentication, authorization, and API services.
• Support change management processes and incident resolution related to identity services.
• Assist in designing and developing code for Access Management Services.
• Contribute to rapid recovery strategies for critical incidents such as ransomware.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members to build internal capabilities.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in identity and access management or security engineering.
• Strong understanding of IDaaS platforms, IAM objects, and secure integration practices.
• Experience with API services, authentication protocols, and access controls.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with change management and incident response processes.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security best practices.
• Exposure to automation tools and scripting for identity services.
