Service Now - IT Operations Management (ITOM) Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting - Open Location
Join EY as a Service Now Senior Consultant to lead IT Operations Management (ITOM) Transformation teams, driving client relationships and delivering innovative solutions. This client‑visible role focuses on user requirements, UI design, and coding across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
Location: Anywhere in Country
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring final product meets needs.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications supporting business objectives.
- Lead Service Now ITOM/CMDB projects – design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
- Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now ITOM/CMDB implementations.
- Advise on CMDB and ITOM connectivity to ITSM processes.
- Lead client process and design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops.
- Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, reporting, budgets, risk, and issue logs.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of Service Now ITOM/CMDB project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Minimum of 2 additional Service Now certifications:
Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, or ITSM/HAM/SAM. - 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.
- Experience with performance analytics/reporting experience (certifications a plus).
- Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- Competitive compensation: base salary range $102,500–$187,900 (USA), with higher ranges for major metros.
