The Implementation System Admin provides technical expertise in deploying and supporting network infrastructure and end‑user technology environments. It plays a crucial role in ensuring successful implementation of Albert for new and renewing customers. The role requires working independently on multiple concurrent, complex projects while collaborating effectively with teammates and customers. The System Admin – Implementations leads issue resolution, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and owns customer success during implementation.

• Plan, monitor, maintain, and ensure stability of client environments during Albert implementations.
• Provide hands‑on system administration support, system maintenance, and operational support for Albert deployments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to hardware, software, servers, networks, and configurations across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Collect and interpret diagnostic data and errors to troubleshoot deployments.
• Provide technical specifications, detailed documentation, and diagrams post‑implementation.
• Manage user requests, including ticket queue management, until clients transition to ongoing support.
• Design and implement automated deployment technologies to reduce implementation time.
• Lead special technology projects involving research and implementation of new technologies and best practices.
• Conduct testing and evaluations of systems and configurations to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and consistency of IT solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience working in enterprise environments.
• Experience using automated deployment and maintenance technologies.
