Overview

Entry-Level Sales:
Recruiter/Account Manager at Insight Global. Summer and Fall 2025 start dates. This role starts as a Recruiter with opportunities to promote into Account Management or Professional Recruiting paths. New to staffing? The IG Way training and mentorship support career growth from day one.

This range is provided by Insight Global. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $38,000.00/yr - $88,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities
  • Recruiter (Entry-Level): review resumes, conduct interviews, prepare candidates to meet hiring managers, and support the recruitment process to help people find jobs. The role emphasizes building a foundation for a long, prosperous career at Insight Global.
  • Account Manager: work with hiring managers (including Fortune 1,000 companies), establish connections through networking and cold calls, and advise clients on hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and talent management best practices. Collaborate with the Recruiting team to present qualified candidates, market data, and solutions for client projects.
  • Professional Recruiter: identify top talent, pair candidates with the right roles, understand candidates’ experiences and career goals, and maintain ongoing support with consultants after placement.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base/salary and incentives:
    Insight Global offers a competitive base salary range, with LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plans) upon signing. Specific ranges include up to $62,000 base plus LTIPs, and opportunities for promotion-based increases.
  • Promotions and additional compensation: up to a $10,000 base salary increase upon promotion, monthly car and cell allowances, annual sales contests with a Bahamas trip, LTIPs, and a $7,500+ cash bonus.
  • Ongoing earnings: with uncapped weekly commissions, first-year earnings in the promoted roles typically range from $73,000-$88,000, second year $121,000-$145,000, and third year $135,000-$194,000.
  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, 401k with employer matching, paid parental leave, and paid sick leave.
  • Paid time off: 10 days in the first year, 15 days after two years, 20 days after five years; 11 paid holidays annually.
  • Incentive trips and other benefits are available.
