• The Recruiter will partner with all of the different departments / Regions to drive their recruitment needs. The main focus of a Recruiter will be to provide sourcing and selection assistance for a variety of professions across multiple departments in the areas of Construction, Field Support, and more - from entry level through management.
• As a Recruiter you will drive traffic to job postings, maintain an applicant pipeline, screen and interview candidates.
• You will coordinate with Managers and the Human Resources department to ensure company recruiting goals are met.
• At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; excellent customer service skills; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
• Advanced proficiency in assigned function, example;(Accounting, Engineering, IT, Procurement, Project Mgmt, etc.)
