Role SummaryThe Travel Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top travel contract professionals across nursing, allied health, and non-clinical roles nationwide. This position blends consultative sales, relationship management, and strategic sourcing, requiring creativity, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit travel nursing and allied health professionals for contract assignments nationwide.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates to meet current and future client needs.
- Screen candidates for skills, licensure, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with active candidates to support retention and redeployment.
- Partner with account managers to ensure candidate delivery aligns with client demand.
- Accurately manage tasks and documentation in the ATS to ensure team visibility and collaboration.
- Support operational functions such as payroll, compliance, credentialing, and accounts receivable when needed.
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies and maximize results.
- Contribute to staffing plans, billing forecasts, and regular updates with leadership.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork, while demonstrating the potential for future leadership growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates across diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in outbound recruiting, marketing campaigns, and candidate re-engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
