** You’ll be involved in a variety of global HR projects, gaining hands-on experience in how we attract, reward, and retain top talent across our particular, you will:
* Support the implementation of the
** Group Reward strategy
*** Contribute to the
** annual salary and performance review processes**, as well as
** bonus accruals and pay-outs
*** Collaborate on the
** Benefits Review project
** to ensure competitive and fair offerings
* Assist in
** salary benchmark analyses
** and
** job offer evaluations
*** Take part in the
** Job Grading project
** at Group level
* Support other
** ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects
** within the Reward & Performance area

* What we’re looking for:
*** Bachelor’s degree in
** Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics
** or a related field

** Master’s in Human Resources Management

** Excel and Power Point
