The Operations Supervisor will oversee general concessions operations, or may be assigned to a dedicated area, such as premium / catering, merchandise, or warehouse functions.

• Supervises the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• May be assigned to a dedicated area throughout the season, such as premium/catering, merchandise, warehouse, or other key area.
• Demonstrate reliable and timely attendance.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Obtains / maintains all company required training and certifications, such as Serv Safe Alcohol, Fork Lift training, and other programs required of the area of focus.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to oversee operations across concessions, premium/catering, merchandise, and warehouse areas as assigned.
• Commitment to reliable attendance and guest service excellence.
• Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Completion of required trainings and certifications (e.g., Serv Safe Alcohol, Fork Lift) or as applicable to the area of focus.
