Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located directly outside Blackfriars station, a few minutes away from Bank and is a short stroll from St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Tate Modern and South Bank. The Grade II-listed five-star hotel is steeped in regal history, residing on the former grounds of King Henry VIII s Bridewell Palace. The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 1 restaurant and 1 signature bar.
Duties and responsbilities of the Stewarding Team Leader include
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and preventing hazards
- Assisting with equipment stock takes, ordering, stores requisitioning
- Assisting in all administrative duties including rotas, health inspection records and control of stores operation
- Accountable for ensuring that store rooms are kept in an orderly fashion while initiating repairs and maintenance orders
- Ensuring cleanliness of work areas and maintenance of various cleaning equipment is to established standards
You are an organised and proactive team player with experience in stewarding or kitchen operations. You maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, support daily back-of-house tasks, and take a hands-on approach to leading others. Reliable and detail-focused, you help ensure smooth and efficient operations in line with Hyatt’s five-star standards.
