• Prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards and health regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Replenish food and beverage supplies as needed to ensure a fully stocked breakfast service
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any special dietary requests or inquiries
• Monitor and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the breakfast area throughout the shift
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
