Job Summary

The Concessions Manager will assist in leading concession operations, manage staff, oversee inventory controls, and ensure high-quality service during events. This role will drive operational excellence and help deliver unforgettable experiences to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day concession operations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and team training
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct monthly counts
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments
  • Maintain high guest service standards at all location
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in concessions or food service management
  • Proficiency in inventory and POS systems
  • Serv Safe or similar food safety certification
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
